Sahar Milani is a Lebanese-Iranian-American actor, musician, and singer-songwriter whose work is shaped by a deep well of cultural heritage and creative expression. Born and raised in North Carolina, she grew up at the intersection of three different worlds. She studied Music Theatre at Elon University, before spending four years working for iconic record label Epic Records in Los Angeles and New York.
Recent Off-Broadway, Regional Theater, and TV credits include FOUAD OF NAZARETH (Noor Theatre; 2025 Jonathan Larson Grant recipient), ENGLISH (Long Wharf Theatre, TheaterWorks Hartford; CT Critics Circle Nomination - Outstanding Ensemble), HOUND DOG (Ars Nova/PlayCo), THE VISITOR (The Public Theater), DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN (Marvel/Disney+), THE ENDGAME (NBC), LET THE RIGHT ONE IN (Showtime), LAW & ORDER (NBC). Recent music performances include appearances at Sony Hall, Joe's Pub, PAC NYC, Ars Nova, and The Sultan Room.
Her band Yeller Tooth, formed with husband Cameron Scoggins, is a genre-bending collaboration rooted in old sounds and heavy harmonies. The duo's EP, Temple Cabin Tapes, is out now, with a follow-up to be released later this Fall. Yeller Tooth will make their Off-Broadway debut as a collaboration in Classic Stage Company's revival of 'WAITING FOR LEFTY', directed by Steven Pasquale. As well as writing and arranging the music, Sahar will perform in the cast as "Florrie". To learn more about Yeller Tooth, please visit here.
